Happy Triumphant Tuesday!

Can you believe we're about to say goodbye to September in less than 48 hours and welcome in a new Month - October? God's mercies are new every morning - great is his faithfulness! And you know what that means: for some it's pumpkin spice lattes; for others, it's the beginning of the holiday season. Let the decorating begin!!!

God’s Steadfast Love

Through the mercies of the Lord we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23

“The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations‬ ‭3‬:‭22‬-‭23‬ ‭ESV‬‬

The writer of Lamentations said that God’s mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22–23). The Hebrew word for “new” doesn’t just mean “again and again.” It means “different.” In other words, today’s mercy is different from yesterday’s mercy, which is different from the mercy of the day before that.

Each day’s mercy is a never-to-be-repeated miracle. God’s blessings are uniquely fitted to us.

·Every morning ends the night.

·Every morning brings a new day.

·Every morning brings new provision for the day.

·Every morning brings new forgiveness for new sins.

·Every morning brings new strength for new temptations, duties, and trials.

Advent Season

Advent Season started November 30th 2025 and ends December 24 th , 2025 Advent means the coming of Christ /period leading up to Christmas. It is the first season of the Christian Church year. On each of the four Sundays preceding Christmas, an Advent candle is lit. The 4 candles of Advent are Hope, Love, Joy, and Peace, representing the virtues Jesus brought us. The 4 candles are arranged on a circular Advent wreath, with no beginning or end, reminding us of the eternity of God's love and the everlasting love we find in Jesus. Together the Advent candles are a reminder of God's promise to us of salvation through Christ. The first candle purple -Hope(can be called the Prophesy Candle) symbolizes a shining light in anticipation of the coming of Christ and represents God's forgiveness of man's sins.
