31 Days - Day 1

Thought Replacement/Thought Exchange – Daily Program

Replace that which is debilitating with that which is true. We need more positives than negatives. We must conceive it in our hearts and minds before we can receive it. Fill our minds with hope, faith and victory – then we will rise to new level.

1.    Sleeping to Waking – Reality Check Statements. Start seeing yourself as God sees you – as more than a conqueror; well able to succeed; strong in the Lord; the head and not the tail; the victor not the victim – you (we) will rise to a new level of fulfillment.

2.    20 minutes truth based principles every morning (this will require us to get up a little early). Read Positive/Motivational Material (Purpose Driven Life, Today Matters). This is different from our quite time with the Lord.

3.    10 minute doses – time released information, inspiration, influence

4.    Waking to Sleeping – speaking the TRUTH

a.            Reality Check Statement – How much can I work on me and my negative self-talk to get to the next level?

b.            Fear of people is 100% negative self-talk and lies of the enemy.- Satan.

FEAR = False-Evidence-Appearing Real
