Limitless Life

This is the last post for this Online Bible Study. When I first started, I thought “I’m a mature Christ-follower I don’t have any labels.” But through this study, God has shown me, yes I had not surrendered fully to Him. I don’t want to live a life the limits God, In Him I can live a life the is truly Limitless. That’s what He wants for ALL His children. This is my draft of my life vision On pp. 184-186 in his book Derwin states, going to work at a j.o.b. is limiting; discovering our sacred calling is limitless. A vocation is a call from God. The job that we have (inside or outside the home) is our sacred vocation. Every job is sacred because of our association with Jesus and His mission. Love people, Love God and to Him be the Glory in all that I do. I have really enjoyed participating in this study, being blessed by the ladies at P31 who lead them. I look forward to being on-board for the next one. May God continue to bless you and your families; and to all the ladies who part

Around the House! My Favorite Study Spot

One of my most favorite spots is in my office or my "Woman Cave!" - as my husband refers to it. I have all my commentaries, biblical resources and several versions of the Bible.       I love digging into the Word with a nice hot cup of coffee in one of my special cups either in quietness or soft Christian music.          Isaiah 60:1 “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you." Thank you for visiting and stop by anytime!                 Posted with Blogsy

God’s Masterpiece

For we Cheryl are is God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we she may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us her [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we she should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us her to live]. (Eph 2:10 AMP) “Workmanship” comes from the Greek word poiema , which means handiwork or a careful work of art (something made or manufactured). The word poem is also derived from this word As an artist seeks to express himself in his work so God expresses Himself in us. God goes before us and prepares the path in which we walk. We are part of God’s “new creation” (2 Cor 5:17), and God continues to work in us to make us what He wants us to be. His purpose is to make us more like Christ (Rom 8:29}.
