Speak Up and Speak Truth

Today, as I was sitting in my Bible Study class the teacher said, “as believers we must 'Speak Up and Speak Truth.'" I thought to myself, how true is this; we live in a fallen world and if we don’t speak truth according to God’s Word, who will.

God’s Word is alive and does not return void.

Then I thought about Queen Esther and her words, “if I die I die.” What am I willing to die for? God wants to use me but am I willing? I have to be honest ladies and say not all the time. I don’t get to chose how God is going to use me, I just have to surrender and be willing. Ladies it’s not always easy, we have so many distractions. I can make a list a mile long and I’m sure you can too.

Let’s commit to be all that God wants us to be. To be that light shining in a dark and fallen world. To Speak Up and Speak Truth according to God’s Word. Let’s be ready and willing vessels for who knows that “you and I, too, have been chosen for such a time as this.

All That is Within Me

If you are like me and have an iPhone, you've probably spent the last couple days trying to figure out all the updates. If you have more than one Apple device, such as an iPad, you've spent even more time updating it as well. Or maybe that's on your to-do list for today (or tomorrow). It's not a quick update, it takes a fair amount of time; then once you update, you've got to reset a few things.
