Don’t Give Up

Never Give Up

Our walk as Christ-Followers can sometimes be a challenge. We get pressure from the outside world to give up and go a different direction. Dedication pays off when we don’t give in or doubt our abilities.  God will give us all we need to accomplish His work and with His guidance, help and strength - we can do anything. Be proud of the accomplishments you’ve made in your life.

Colossians 2:6-7 says, “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in Him rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”

God’s directions are clear. Under His watchful care, we can walk directly and faithfully toward that goals He has place before us. When we have completed the work or project, we can look back with and smile with pride. Then we will hear our Master say, “Well done, good and faithful servant!” This is truly all that really matters.

Be blessed and be a blessing!!!

Advent Season

Advent Season started November 30th 2025 and ends December 24 th , 2025   Advent means the coming of Christ /period leading up to Christmas. It is the first season of the Christian Church year. On each of the four Sundays preceding Christmas, an Advent candle is lit. The 4 candles of Advent are Hope, Love, Joy, and Peace, representing the virtues Jesus brought us. The 4 candles are arranged on a circular Advent wreath, with no beginning or end, reminding us of the eternity of God's love and the everlasting love we find in Jesus.    Together the Advent candles are a reminder of God's promise to us of salvation through Christ.   The first candle purple -Hope(can be called the Prophesy Candle) symbolizes a shining light in anticipation of the coming of Christ and represents God's forgiveness of man's sins.   The second candle-Love is usually purple or violet. It reminds us of the Holy Family's experience in Bethlehem. This color is a...
