Today is a New Day!

But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33

They (God's mercies) are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:23)

Often as women we are overwhelmed by too many things to do (Martha & Mary) because there are many choices concerning how we divide our time. Setting priorities is to determine what is important and how your time will be divided - who or what will take precedent over other parts of life.
  • Your personal relationship to Jesus Christ
  • Your commitment to home and family - spouse & children
  • Work/employer
  • Your service to God through ministries in the church and involvement in the community
Faithfulness describes who God is...No matter what you do, God cannot be unfaithful because He cannot deny Himself (2 Tim 2:13). He is steadfast and trustworthy. He keeps His Promises (Heb 10:23) God's presence is assured, even if we are unaware of it. He just want our obedience - obedience is better than sacrifice.

Radical obedience.  I’ll be honest, that word “radical”  means “affecting the fundamental nature of something” (dictionary.com).  God is calling us to fundamentally change the way we view obedience to Him.  He is asking us to let our thoughts and actions reflect what we say our hearts believe. That God loves us.  That God has a perfect plan for our lives that is better than our own plan.  That God’s plan is for our good. <Ginny Blankenship #YestoGod>

Have an awesome day!
